wow...long time since I've updated. Lots happened since.....I've gotten back into shape and lost 15 pounds, still haven't been able to quite smoking :)
Well, I started working out, hope I can keep the momentum. So far (two days into it) it feels good. Mostly jogging and with my wife and a bit of machine workout....I tried it early in the morning, but it aint for me, so I'm running and working out in the evening.
I saw the movie earlier this evening at the cinema. I must say it is the best kung fu movie I've seen so far...........worth seeing.....I give it two coffee mugs up
